Anna is a senior adviser and programme director specialising in multi-sector collaboration for sustainable development. With more than 12 years experience in the humanitarian and development sectors, she brings a unique perspective and skill-set to the field of cross-sector partnerships. Anna’s field-based experience centred around developing innovative initiatives that put local communities – particularly grassroots organizations and vulnerable populations – in the driving seat to prioritise and solve problems. Anna has also worked to support the coordination mechanisms and institutional change required to allow donors, governments, and civil society to work better together, and to make them accountable to the stakeholders they serve. Through her first-hand experience bringing people together from across sectors to create lasting solutions for communities on the ground, Anna brings a keen understanding of the challenges of achieving just and sustainable change, as well real passion and belief in the transformative impact that can be generated by communities, civil society, government, and funders working together in equitable and genuine partnership.
