An Accredited Partnership Broker and certified and experienced trainer, Krista has over a decade of work experience in program management and leadership positions in international work environments and as internal coordinating consultant. She has extensive field work experience in Eastern and Southern Africa and Asia, including program development and management. Previously working for the Plan International regional office in Nairobi, she managed the INGO’s partnership and resource mobilisation portfolio in 12 Eastern & Southern African countries.
Krista is bilingually skilled (English – Dutch) with an academic background in Political Science and Cultural Anthropology. She has a passion for cross sector partnerships and child rights is professionally motivated by developing and implementing change processes and innovations in organisations.
