Hosting the Secretariat/Focal Point of a partnership or multi-stakeholder platform.
This entails acting as its first point of contact and supporting its daily activities. This means coordinating meetings, communication, outreach, election processes, accountancy and finance. It can also involve helping to define and create the strategy, action plan, governing structure and bylaws.
The Focal Point acts as a neutral broker, trusted advisor and trouble shooter, energizing, nurturing and accompanying the partnership and working groups to fulfil their mission and objectives.
