Catherine Russ, Associate

Catherine’s partnership and consortia brokering work has spanned 15 years, working in senior and advisory roles in the humanitarian and not-for-profit sectors.  She has supported many INGOs, UN agencies, government departments, corporates and the World Economic Forum, among many others, to transform their partnership and consortia challenges.

She is passionate about supporting groups to develop their own emerging approaches and tools around collaboration; this has meant helping organisations to bridge the transition from top-down hierarchical structures to more networked and collaborative models of working, and managing the ongoing dance between the two paradigms.

Catherine’s other hat is as a learning specialist where she has a deep interest in utilising the ongoing developments around learning, behavioural science, neuroscience and learning technologies to push the frontiers of how we can address and accelerate our own learning and the learning of our partners.

Catherine is a Learning and Adult Education Specialist and Accredited Partnership Broker and trainer with the Partnership Brokers Association as well as a Senior Associate of The Partnering Initiative.  Catherine is also an experienced facilitator and moderator and has facilitated and presented at many global workshops, conferences and public events. She holds an MSc in Adult Education and Training.
